Project Manager (HR & Payroll Operations)

Job Description

• Lead and manage the outsourced HR & Finance operations for the client.
• Serve as the primary point of contact between the client and the operations team.
• Supervise HR and Finance personnel to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Monitor service delivery, KPIs, and Service Level Standards (SLS).
• Prepare monthly operational and performance reports.
• Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews.
• Manage manpower planning, deployment, and replacement.
• Oversee transition, business continuity, and contract exit activities.
• Ensure compliance with Government policies, SOPs, and statutory requirements.
• Resolve operational issues and implement continuous process improvements.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Finance, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of experience managing HR and Payroll operations.
• Experience leading outsourced service teams is preferred.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience with Workday and payroll systems is an advantage.
