Position Title : Operations Support Assistant (Primary School)
Location : Yishun
Employment Type : 1-Year Contract (15 September 2026 to 14 September 2027, with option to extend)
Key Responsibilities :
- Maintain the general cleanliness of school equipment and classrooms.
- Provide logistical support for school events and activities, including the carrying and arrangement of furniture and equipment.
- Operate and maintain basic office equipment and materials.
- Execute any other operational duties assigned by the school supervisor.
Requirements :
- Completed primary school education.
- Minimum 2 years of working experience in logistics-related work and cleaning duties.
- Prior working experience in Ministry of Education (MOE) schools or institutions is highly advantageous.
- Physical capability to handle logistical arrangements and furniture movement.
Working Hours (Alternating Weekly Basis) :
- Week A :Mondays to Thursdays: 6:30 AM to 3:45 PM (inclusive of a 45-minute lunch break)Fridays: 6:30 AM to 3:15 PM (inclusive of a 45-minute lunch break)
- Week B :Mondays to Thursdays: 9:45 AM to 7:00 PM (inclusive of a 45-minute lunch break)Fridays: 10:15 AM to 7:00 PM (inclusive of a 45-minute lunch break)
- Note: Services are not required on Saturdays, Sundays, and gazetted public holidays.
