Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced M&E Project Coordinator to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing Mechanical & Electrical works for construction projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate M&E works including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, sanitary and fire protection systems.
- Liaise with consultants, main contractors, sub-contractors and suppliers on project matters.
- Review M&E shop drawings, method statements and material submissions.
- Monitor site progress, ensure works are carried out as per schedule, quality and safety standards.
- Attend site meetings, coordinate and resolve technical issues on site.
- Prepare progress reports, documentation and as-built drawings.
- Ensure compliance with relevant codes, regulations and authority requirements.
Requirements:
- Candidate must have past experience in M&E coordination work (min. 2-3 years preferred).
- Diploma / Degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
- Familiar with Singapore codes and regulations.
- Able to read and interpret M&E drawings.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Able to work independently and work on-site.
