- Team management opportunity
- Act as the primary technical point of contact for troubleshooting system and network issues to maintain maximum service availability.
- Partner with various business units to translate operational needs into scalable technical infrastructure solutions.
- Provide high-level technical mentorship and guidance to junior engineering staff.
- Serve as the primary technical lead for regional infrastructure projects, providing guidance to local teams and managing global integrations.
- Facilitate technical discussions and service implementations with external vendors and regional stakeholders.
