Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Business Intelligence dashboards to monitor key commercial KPIs, including sales performance, pipeline health, and business trends.

• Analyse business data and generate insights to support commercial and operational decision-making.

• Perform data validation, cleansing, and maintenance to ensure reporting accuracy and consistency.

• Support commercial management initiatives by analysing sales performance, pipeline quality, and business metrics.

• Assist in marketing analytics by evaluating campaign performance, customer segments, and market trends.

• Collaborate with regional stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and translate them into meaningful dashboards.

• Identify reporting gaps and recommend improvements to enhance business intelligence processes.

• Utilise Business Intelligence and AI-powered tools to improve reporting efficiency and data visualisation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related discipline.

• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Candidates with relevant internship or working experience are also welcome.

• Strong Microsoft Excel skills with the ability to manipulate and analyse data.

• Basic knowledge of Power BI, Tableau, SQL, or other Business Intelligence tools is advantageous.

• Exposure to ERP or CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce) will be an added advantage.

• Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively across different teams.
