Job Summary
Join as a Junior Recruiter to develop recruitment skills through training and mentorship. You will source, assess, and match candidates to job opportunities while supporting recruitment processes and achieving team targets.
Responsibilities
- Source and screen candidates using multiple recruitment channels to identify suitable talent
- Conduct initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate fit for roles
- Match candidates to appropriate job opportunities based on skills and client needs
- Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and clients to ensure smooth communication
- Build and maintain professional relationships with candidates and clients to support recruitment success
- Update and maintain accurate candidate records in the recruitment database for efficient tracking
- Provide administrative support throughout the recruitment process to ensure timely completion of tasks
- Achieve individual and team recruitment targets by effectively managing recruitment activities
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Minimum Diploma, or equivalent qualification
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn recruitment skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage candidates and clients effectively
- Self-motivated and target-driven to meet recruitment goals
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications for daily recruitment tasks
- Candidates with a valid CEI (Certificate for Employment Intermediaries) certification will have an added advantage
