Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled and responsible Technician to install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair company products and equipment. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Note: (Only SPR/SINGAPOREAN or MALAYSIAN CAN APPLY)
Responsibilities
- Install company products and equipment at customer sites following technical specifications to ensure proper operation
- Configure company products and equipment to meet customer requirements and optimize performance
- Test installed products and equipment to verify functionality and compliance with quality standards
- Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on company products and equipment to reduce downtime
- Troubleshoot technical issues on-site by identifying root causes and implementing effective repairs
- Repair company products and equipment promptly to restore full functionality and ensure customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with team members and communicate clearly with customers to support smooth project execution
