Events Sales Executive

Salary Range: $2500 - $3000
Commission scheme applicable (After probation)
5-day work week (Flexible to work on weekends when required)
14 Days leave
Requirements:
- Singaporean / PR Status
- No experience required (Training provided)
- Confident and possesses good interpersonal skills
- Carries a positive attitude
- Able to use Microsoft office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) proficiently
- Driven and passionate about improvement and growth
- Team player
- Able to handle fast paced moving environment
Daily Job Scopes:
- Provide daily support on administrative functions such as paper filing, answering call and email enquiries.
- Ensure the proper documentation and execution of all catering and event sales.
- Responsible for day to day co-ordination of the banquet and meeting space to ensure maximum revenue and profitability for the company.
- Responsible with coordinating with external vendors for necessary services to execute events.
- Pro-actively generate revenue and establish new sales opportunities through prospecting and organise sales visit To assist with site visits as and when required
- Follow up with respective clients before and after each function/corporate meeting so as to obtain feedback and ensure repeat business
