Supervisor directs the daily workflow and staff within the kitchen, ensuring that operations run smoothly and efficiently. This role acts as a vital connection between kitchen staff and management, tasked with upholding culinary standards and operational procedures. Responsible for guiding the team to maintain consistency in food quality and presentation.
Mentor and guide our kitchen staff, providing constructive feedback and fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
Assist the Head Chef in menu development, contributing your own creative ideas and helping to perfect new dishes.
Oversee the daily operations of the kitchen, ensuring that all food is prepared to our standards of quality and consistency.
Manage inventory and ordering, working with local suppliers to source the freshest seasonal ingredients.
Uphold our high standards of cleanliness and food safety, ensuring that all health and sanitation regulations are followed.
Assist in training new kitchen staff, helping them to understand our recipes, techniques, and kitchen procedures.
