Responsibilities:
- Provide pre-sales technical consultation and application support to customers
- Deliver after-sales technical support and troubleshooting assistance
- Promote products through telemarketing, product demonstrations, and marketing activities
- Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships
- Manage and grow sales within the existing customer base
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in engineering, technical, or IT-related sales or equivalent
- Knowledge and hands-on experience with Wireless Sensor / IoT / Level Sensor / PLC / HMI and control systems
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in English and Mandarin for liaising with English-speaking and Mandarin-speaking clients and stakeholders
- Possess a valid Class 3 Driving License in Singapore (converted licences are acceptable)
- Experience in measurement instruments is an added advantage
