About the Role
We are looking for a hands-on and motivated Salon Manager to lead our salon operations in Singapore. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working closely with customers, leading a team, and driving business growth.
You will take ownership of the salon’s daily operations, customer experience, team performance and sales, while ensuring a welcoming environment and high standards of service.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the daily operations of the salon to ensure smooth and efficient running.
Lead, motivate and manage the salon team to achieve sales targets and service standards.
Drive revenue through customer engagement, service recommendations and repeat business.
Build strong customer relationships and handle feedback or complaints professionally.
Manage staff scheduling, attendance, grooming and work discipline.
Monitor daily sales, appointments, outlet performance and stock levels.
Maintain salon cleanliness, hygiene and professional service standards.
Coach and guide staff on sales techniques, customer service and operating procedures.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures and operational requirements.
Provide regular updates to management on sales, manpower and outlet performance.
Carry out other duties related to salon operations as assigned by management.
Requirements
Minimum 3–7 years of experience in a hair salon, with supervisory or management experience preferred.
Good understanding of salon operations, customer service and sales.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
Sales-driven, customer-oriented and proactive in solving problems.
Comfortable working in a hands-on salon environment.
Willing to work weekends and public holidays according to the salon schedule.
Hairdressing experience or relevant professional qualifications will be an advantage.
