Our client is seeking a proactive and service-oriented Banquet Operations Executive to oversee the smooth execution of banquet events while delivering exceptional guest experiences. The ideal candidate will have strong operational knowledge, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for providing outstanding service in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
Benefits: Performance Bonus + AWS (13th Month), 14 Days Annual Leave. Working Hours: 6 days work week / 12pm-8pm
(subject to operational and event requirements; working hours may vary based on event schedules)
Transportation: Complimentary shuttle bus service provided from Bedok MRT and Tampines (bus stop near Century Square).
Event Operations- Coordinate and manage all banquet events including weddings, corporate functions, and member gatherings.
- Supervise banquet setup, service, and breakdown to ensure smooth operations and adherence to timelines.
- Lead and train banquet service staff to maintain high service standards.
- Monitor inventory of banquet supplies and equipment, ensuring timely requisitions and maintenance.
- Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and standards.
- Build strong relationships with members by anticipating their needs and delivering personalized service.
- Handle feedback professionally and resolve service issues promptly.
Financial & Administrative
- Assist in budgeting, cost control, and revenue tracking for banquet operations.
- Prepare event reports, staff schedules, and other operational documentation.
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma in Hospitality, Food & Beverage Management, or a related discipline.
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in banquet operations, events, or the hospitality industry.
- Strong knowledge of banquet operations, event setup, service flow, and hygiene standards.
- Familiarity with POS systems and basic inventory management.
