Sales & Marketing Executive (Packaging Materials)

STEEL ALLY RESOURCES PTE. LTD.
- Develop and expand the customer base for packaging materials through active sales and business development.
- Identify potential business customers and explore new market opportunities.
- Promote the company's packaging products and prepare quotations based on customer requirements.
- Maintain customer relationships and follow up on sales enquiries, orders and payments.
- Conduct market research and analyse competitors' pricing and market trends.
- Achieve sales targets and prepare regular sales performance reports.
- Coordinate with suppliers and internal departments to ensure smooth order fulfilment.
Minimum Diploma in Business, Marketing or a related field. Be available on call when required and accommodate customers' schedules to attend to urgent sales enquiries and business needs.
At least 3 years of relevant experience in sales and marketing in packaging materials or wholesale trading.
Proven ability to develop new business accounts and achieve sales targets.
Good negotiation, communication and customer relationship management skills.
Able to work independently and manage multiple customer accounts.
