Shipping Executive ( Junior, local transportation, freight forwarding)

Pipeline Management: Guide prospects through the sales journey.
Inquiry Response: Provide fast, reliable answers to client questions.
Shipment Monitoring: Keep clients informed with proactive tracking updates.
External Liaison: Bridge communication between transporters and customs agents.
Transport Scheduling: Direct trucking movements for peak operational flow.
Trade Compliance: Uphold all import/export legal requirements.
Record Keeping: Maintain meticulous files for all shipping operations.
Operational Troubleshooting: Identify and fix transport and logistics hurdles.
Billing Verification: Validate job completions for accurate invoicing.
Flexible Support: Tackle additional departmental needs as they arise.
Job requirements:
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in freight forwarding or logistics operations.
- Knowledge of sea freight documentation and Singapore customs procedures is an advantage.
- Computer literate, good in documentation skills.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work in a dynamic environment.
