Job Description
We are seeking a Manager to oversee the company's administrative, operational, and business support functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain company accounts and financial records.
- Update sales, purchase, and operational records.
- Oversee daily administrative operations and office procedures.
- Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors.
- Review quotations, invoices, purchase orders, and related documents.
- Supervise administrative staff and ensure smooth business operations.
- Prepare reports and assist management in operational planning.
- Perform other managerial and administrative duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Management, Accounting, or related field.
- Relevant administrative or managerial experience preferred.
- Good organisational, communication, and leadership skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
