Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and programs that align with the company's goals and objectives.
- Manage the end-to-end HR process, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, compensation and benefits, employee relations, and legal compliance.
- Ensure the company's HR practices are in compliance with relevant labor laws and regulations.
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters.
- Manage the payroll process and ensure accurate and timely payroll administration.
- Oversee employee development and training initiatives.
- Manage employee relations and address any employee grievances or concerns.
- Implement and maintain HRIS systems to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and trends in HR.
- Lead and develop a team of HR professionals.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in HR roles, with at least 3 years in a managerial position.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- Experience in all aspects of HR, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and payroll administration.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to build and maintain positive working relationships with employees at all levels.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office applications.
