Job Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the HR department.
- Prepare HR documents, including employment, confirmation, and other HR-related letters.
- Coordinate and register employees for internal and external training.
- Maintain employee records, personnel files, and perform HR data entry.
- Handle onboarding documentation for new employees.
- Assist with IRAS submissions and other HR administrative duties.
- Support ad hoc tasks as assigned by the HR team.
Requirements
- Minimum GCE 'O' Level, Diploma, or equivalent.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- No experience required – training will be provided.
