Site Supervisor
- Supervise site electrical installation.
- Confirm progress reports, monitor project activities
- Verify works done by workers
- Receive and confirm client’s instructions of variation works
- Raise purchase requisition
- Liaise with Project Manager
- Prepare documents for electrical testing
- Rectify and repair electrical issues at site
- Prepare and submit tender quotations
- Submit progress claims, monitor project activitie
- Project planning, execute resource management and control
- Co-ordinate with sub-contractors, suppliers and Consultants for Building Construction Electrical Works
- Arrange and monitor work progress
- Monitor project costing to ensure project to be completed within budget and on time delivery
Requirements:
- At least 5 years experience in project supervision/electrical contracting
