Inventory Assistant (Laboratory)

Our client is an US MNC, one of the largest players in the life-science sector. Due to business needs, they are now recruiting for Inventory Assistant to be part of their team for ongoing transformation projects.
This is a 1 Year contract (Convertible) role. They are located at Tuas
5 days work week - Monday to Friday (8.30 am to 5.30pm)
Duties
- Handle receiving, checking, and storage of laboratory supplies such as consumables, chemicals, and reagents
- Process goods receipt and maintain accurate inventory records in the ERP system
- Track stock levels and assist with replenishment based on usage trends
- Perform regular stock checks to ensure proper storage and monitor expiry dates
- Distribute supplies to work areas and maintain cleanliness of storage and inventory spaces
Requirements
- Possesses an ITE or a Diploma in Science or related discipline
- Comfortable with manual lifting of laboratory supplies
