- Working hrs: Mon - Fri, 8.30am - 5.30pm
- Salary: Up to $3.5k
Job Responsibilities
- Prepare daily sales reports.
- Process customer returns (RMA) from start to finish.
- Enter sales orders and generate delivery orders and invoices accurately.
- Prepare proforma invoices for the Sales Coordinator to arrange customer payments.
- Coordinate shipping and delivery schedules with relevant parties.
- Update inventory records, including stock movements and pricing, in the system.
- Create purchase orders and send them to factories, ensuring all information is accurate.
- Work closely with the Logistics team to ensure orders are delivered on time.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date filing and documentation.
- Support the team with other administrative duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Diploma in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar sales support, operations, or logistics role.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Experience in the same industry or with Letters of Credit (LC) will be an added advantage.
