Manufacturing Engineer (Electronics)

- Involvement in DFM, DFA and DFT reviews.
- Develop end-to-end production methods, process flow, work instructions, and tooling, fixture requirements.
- Point of contact with the Engineering team to ensure BOM accuracy and working/coordinating ECN
- Lead and analyze Pilot runs & Prototype Build to validate that both the product and the process meet technical requirements before full launch.
- Perform Process PFMEA to identify and mitigate potential production risks.
- Technical liaison between engineering, operations, supply chain, and quality teams.
- Collaborate with the sourcing team to ensure component readiness, quality, and material flow.
- Improve manufacturing efficiency through analysis and planning of workflow, space requirements, plant, and equipment layout.
- Design and implementation of fixtures for assembly operations
- Implement ways to measure productivity and formulate process improvements plans.
- Identify and implement lean manufacturing opportunities.
- Support large capital project initiatives.
- Develop and implement automation solutions.
- Develop and document operational procedures compliant with ISO View phone number on mycareersfuture.gov.sg
- Work with global initiatives
Requirement
- At least a Bachelor's degree in engineering Industrial or Mechanical engineering or related fields.
- Prior 5+ years of experience within manufacturing engineering with assembly and machining processes.
- At least with Six Sigma Green Belt certified
