Responsibilities:
Be a Team member of the Outbound/Inbound Department / Student Exchange Programme Department
- Responsible for Group Tour Operations.
- Handling of day to day operations, prepare quotations & operate tour arrangements.
- Manage daily bookings, travel arrangements and other travel-related services.
- Implementation of creative planning and designing of itineraries
- Managing the reservations process for bookings in a manner which ensures guest budget is achieved
- Handling of bookings from quote to finalizing, invoicing and travel documents
- Consistent and clear communication with agents, sales teams, preferred supplier partners, institutions and colleagues.
- Managing Adventure, Cultural and Student Educational Tours
- Perform Overseas Tour Leading assignments
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of relevant experience
- Min GCE O 'levels', Certificate/Diploma in Tourism with relevant experience preferred
- Bilingual in written & spoken English and Chinese/Mandarin in order to liaise with China Base Clientele
- Knowledge of Sabre GDS System is an added advantage
- Sales driven & able to work independently
- Enthusiastic and motivated with strong communication skills
