Job Responsibilities:
- Supplier Communication: Liaising with suppliers regarding orders, deliveries, and any issues or discrepancies.
- Purchase Order Management: Creating, processing and tracking purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Negotiation Support : Assisting in negotiation of contracts and terms with suppliers.
- General AdministrativeSupport: Providing administrative support to the procurement team as needed.
- Documents Management: Preparing and managing procurement- related documents, such as contracts, invoices, and delivery notes.
- Coordination: Working with other departments to ensure procurement needs are met.
- Coordinate overseas shipping arrangements and monitor Shipments Progress.
- Perform other ad-hoc duties and tasks as assigned by management.
