Responsibilities

• Analyse demand variability, supply constraints, and capacity issues to support business decision-making.
• Identify opportunities to improve forecasting accuracy, inventory optimisation, and supply chain efficiency.
• Monitor forecast performance and recommend corrective actions to enhance planning effectiveness.
• Evaluate seasonal demand trends and market developments that may impact supply requirements.
• Execute the monthly Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process, including demand, supply, inventory, and capacity analysis.
• Assess supply risks, capacity limitations, and inventory concerns, and propose mitigation strategies.
• Provide regular updates on planning assumptions and operational performance metrics.
• Prepare management reports and dashboards to support operational and strategic decision-making.
• Drive continuous process improvements through data analysis and best practices in demand and supply planning.

Requirements

• Diploma or bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Economics, Business Administration or any related field.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including PivotTables, Power Query, and data analysis tools.
• Experience in demand planning, supply planning, inventory management, or S&OP processes is an added advantage.
• Willing to work extended hours during critical periods of the monthly planning cycle.
• Willing to travel at short notice when required.
