Quantity Surveyor (Tender, HDB Project)

Recruit Expert Pte Ltd
- Develop, organize, and administer tender documentation from preparation through submission.
- Track and control project costs, ensuring expenditures align with approved budgets and financial targets.
- Assess potential risks (cost, timeline, contractual, and safety) and implement measures to minimize impact on project delivery.
- Obtain and analyze quotations from subcontractors, comparing them against scope, specifications, and timelines.
- Coordinate project scheduling, documentation, and stakeholder communication to support smooth site operations and timely completion.
Requirements:
- Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying or a related construction discipline.
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in cost management in building or civil projects.
- Prior exposure to HDB projects and tendering processes.
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and coordination skills with attention to detail.
- Able to work effectively with multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced project environment.
