Laboratory Manager (Full-Time, Precious Metals)

Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the operations of the laboratory specializing in precious metals, ICP, and XRF analysis.
- Develop, implement, and maintain laboratory procedures and protocols.
- Ensure accurate and timely analysis of samples using ICP and XRF techniques.
- Provide technical guidance and support to laboratory staff.
- Manage laboratory supplies, equipment, and inventory.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality control standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support research and development projects.
- Stay updated on industry trends, advances, and regulatory requirements related to laboratory testing and analysis.
- Manage client relationships and provide technical support and consultation.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above in Chemistry, Material Science, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in laboratory management, with a focus on precious metals, ICP, and XRF analysis.
- Strong knowledge and experience in operating ICP and XRF instruments.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Good understanding of quality management systems and laboratory accreditation requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively.
- Experience in precious metals industry is a plus.
