Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new project opportunities through customer engagement and requirement analysis
- Generate new business leads through networking, site visits, outreach activities, and cold calling
- Promote company products and solutions to increase market awareness and build a strong sales pipeline
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships to support continued engagement and customer satisfaction
- Support execution of sales strategies to achieve business targets and drive consistent growth
- Prepare proposals and participate in negotiations to secure contracts and business opportunities
- Coordinate with internal teams to monitor order fulfilment and ensure timely project delivery
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, order intake, and key business indicators
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline
- 2–3 years of relevant sales experience
- Candidates with HVAC service engineering or similar technical backgrounds who are open to transitioning into a sales role are encouraged to apply
- Hardworking, positive attitude, and strong self-driven mindset
