Role Overview

You will join our global Web3 Growth Team and support the global growth and ecosystem development of RWA-related and broader Web3 initiatives .

This is a global role working closely with Product, Business, Marketing, and other cross-functional teams across multiple markets and regions to identify opportunities at the intersection of Web3 and traditional financial assets.

Responsibilities will be carried out in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Define and drive global growth strategies for RWA-related products and ecosystem initiatives, supporting user adoption, ecosystem development, and sustainable business growth.

• Partner with global Product, Business Development, Marketing, and other cross-functional teams to identify priority market and ecosystem opportunities.

• Build and maintain relationships with relevant industry participants, projects, technology providers, and ecosystem partners.

• Develop a strong understanding of user needs and market trends and translate insights into product positioning, user experience, and growth recommendations.

• Support go-to-market and growth initiatives for new products, markets, and ecosystem opportunities.

• Stay close to developments across RWA, asset digitization, and the broader Web3 landscape and translate market insights into business and product opportunities.

• Use data and user insights to assess performance and continuously improve growth initiatives.

• Independently drive strategic cross-functional and cross-regional initiatives.

• 制定并推动 RWA 相关产品和生态的全球增长策略，支持用户采用、生态发展及长期业务增长。

• 与全球 Product、Business Development、Marketing 及其他跨职能团队合作，识别重点市场和生态机会。

• 建立并维护与相关行业参与者、项目方、技术及生态合作伙伴的关系，推动具有战略价值的合作。

• 深入理解用户需求和市场趋势，为产品定位、用户体验及增长策略提供建议。

• 支持新产品、新市场及生态项目的 go-to-market 和增长计划。

• 持续跟踪 RWA、资产数字化及 Web3 行业发展，将市场洞察转化为业务和产品机会。

• 通过数据和用户洞察持续评估项目效果，并优化相关增长策略。

• 独立推动跨地区、跨团队的重要项目落地。

What We Look For In You

• 6+ years of experience across financial services, FinTech, internet, Crypto/Web3, or related industries.

• Strong understanding of RWA, asset digitization, traditional finance, and the broader Web3 ecosystem.

• Relevant experience across Growth, Product Operations, Business Development, Partnerships, or Ecosystem roles.

• Strong product and user mindset, with the ability to translate user needs and market opportunities into growth strategies.

• Excellent commercial communication, partnership management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

• Ability to independently drive complex initiatives in a global, multicultural, and fast-moving environment.

• Data-driven, results-oriented, and highly accountable.

• Fluent English with the ability to work effectively with global teams and external partners.

• 6+ 年金融科技、金融服务、互联网、Crypto/Web3 或相关行业经验。

• 对 RWA、资产数字化、传统金融及 Web3 生态有较好的理解。

• 有 Growth、Product Operations、Business Development、Partnerships 或 Ecosystem 相关经验。

• 具备较强的产品和用户思维，能够从用户需求和市场机会出发制定增长策略。

• 优秀的商务沟通、合作伙伴管理及跨职能协作能力。

• 能够在全球、多文化和快速变化的环境中独立推进复杂项目。

• 数据驱动、结果导向，并具备较强的 ownership。

• 英语流利，能够与全球团队及外部合作伙伴高效沟通。
