WSH Safety Coordinator

Job Description
- Assist in daily site safety inspections.
- Monitor compliance with WSH regulations, company safety policies, PPE requirements and safe work procedures.
- Assist in conducting toolbox meetings under the guidance of senior WSH personnel.
- Assist in incident reporting and investigations.
- Maintain safety records, permits and other WSH documentation.
- Follow up on corrective actions arising from inspections and audits.
- Liaise with site supervisors, subcontractors and workers to ensure compliance with WSH requirements.
- Promote good housekeeping and foster a positive workplace safety culture.
Job Requirements
- Possess a valid WSH Safety Coordinator Certificate
- Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of relevant Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) experience are welcome to apply.
- Basic knowledge of Singapore WSH regulations and safe work practices.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to communicate effectively in English and Mandarin to coordinate with site workers and subcontractors who use these languages.
- Willing to work in a construction and/or marine site environment.
- Knowledge or experience in the construction and/or marine industry.
- Basic understanding of risk assessment and Permit-to-Work (PTW) systems.
- Possession of own transportation will be an advantage due to limited public transportation access.
- Working Location: Near 21a, Aviation Park Road, Singapore 498762
- 6 working days per week
