Job Description
We are seeking motivated and growth-oriented individuals to join us as Management Trainees within the financial services industry.
This structured programme is designed to provide exposure to client engagement, financial planning processes, business operations, and professional development. Through guided training and mentorship, you will gain practical experience and develop the skills required for long-term career progression.
Key Responsibilities
Learn and understand financial planning and client service processes
Support client engagement and relationship management activities
Assist in reviewing and maintaining client information and documentation
Participate in financial needs analysis and planning discussions under guidance
Support business operations and administrative activities where required
Attend training sessions, workshops, and professional development programmes
Ensure all activities are conducted in accordance with regulatory and company guidelines
Requirements
Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident
Minimum Diploma, A-Level, or Degree qualification in any discipline
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Self-motivated, responsible, and proactive
Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team
