Key Highlights
- Contract Duration: 12 months (1 year)
- Salary: $3,000 - $3,800/month
- Work Location: Near to One-North MRT
- Work Hours: Mon - Thur: 8.30am - 6.00pm | Fri: 8.30am - 5.30pm
- Work closely with Port Inspectors to ensure safe and effective drone operations
- Onboard ship/boat deployment may be required based on operational needs
Key Responsibilities
- Operate drones to support maritime inspections, aerial data collection, and operational activities.
- Ensure drone missions are conducted safely and in compliance with regulatory and operational requirements.
- Serve as Safety Officer during drone flights and support risk assessment and safety planning.
- Conduct drone competency assessments and support improvement of operational procedures.
- Maintain operational readiness for deployments, emergency response, and incident support.
- Deploy drones during incidents to provide aerial situational awareness and support decision-making.
- Work closely with Port Inspectors, operational teams, and stakeholders to support maritime drone operations.
Requirements
- Possess a valid CAAS UAPL - Mandatory
- Experience in drone operations; maritime, inspection, or related operational environments will be an advantage
- Strong understanding of drone safety practices, operational risk management, and regulatory requirements
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills
- Willingness to work onboard vessels and handle shift work, weekends, or public holidays if required.
