Our client is an established financial services institution in Singapore currently executing an enterprise-wide digital transformation to modernize core workflows. They offer a stable, high-ownership environment with a culture centered on operational excellence and process innovation.
Drive hands-on daily finance operations while playing a key role in system enhancements and workflow automation.
Execute end-to-end payment processing, vendor disbursements, multi-currency bank reconciliations, and manual collection matching.
Identify operational bottlenecks, streamline manual workflows, and support finance automation initiatives.
Oversee aged receivables, manage collection schedules, and resolve invoice or payment discrepancies.
Prepare monthly/quarterly settlement statements and ensure timely, accurate data transfer to central finance.
About the manager/team
Reporting directly to the Finance Operations Manager, you will join a collaborative and agile team. The manager fosters an empowering leadership style that values initiative, autonomy, and practical ideas for process improvement.
At least 5–8 years of hands-on experience in finance operations, AP/AR, or credit control within high-volume environments.
Diploma or Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or equivalent.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (XLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, SUMIFS, Pivot Tables, and formula creation).
Proven track record or keen interest in finance transformation, system enhancements, and automation.
Prior background in General Insurance or Financial Services is an advantage.
