Job Description:
Lead hands-on pipe-fitting work for heavy construction and infrastructure projects.
Supervise daily site activities and ensure piping is installed on schedule.
Work in tough physical conditions, including outdoors and in confined spaces.
Enforce strict site safety rules and maintain a safe workspace.
Coordinate daily tasks with workers, subcontractors, and site management.
Work flexible hours, including night shifts and weekends when the project requires it.
Requirements:
Minimum 15 years of practical, hands-on experience in pipe fitting or site coordination.
Highly physically fit; the job requires manual labor and long hours standing.
Willing to do hands-on manual work alongside your supervisory duties.
Able to work independently under pressure with minimal supervision.
