Our client, a renowned building & construction firm, has an opportunity for a Winner to join the Team as a BIM Coordinator.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop, coordinate and manage BIM models for building/construction projects
- Coordinate Architectural, Structural and M&E BIM models to identify and resolve clashes
- Conduct BIM coordination meetings with consultants, subcontractors and project teams
- Perform clash detection using Navisworks and follow up on coordination issues
- Prepare and update coordinated BIM models, shop drawings and construction drawings
- Ensure BIM models are updated according to the latest design and site requirements
- Extract drawings, schedules and quantities from BIM models where required
- Support site teams in resolving BIM/design-related technical issues
REQUIREMENTS:
- Diploma/Degree in Architecture, Civil/Structural Engineering, M&E Engineering or related discipline
- Proficient in Revit, Navisworks and AutoCAD
- Prior experience working on LTA/MRT/rail or major civil infrastructure projects is highly preferred
