- We are looking for a Product Support Specialist

The Talent
- Experience: 1–3 years of experience in product support, hardware troubleshooting, or technical operations.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in hardware inventory management and issue-tracking software (e.g., Jira, Zendesk).
- Analytical Mindset: Ability to identify patterns in data to spot recurring defects or hardware batch failures.
- Communication: Strong ability to bridge the gap between non-technical field operators and technical engineering teams.
- Adaptability: Comfortable working between a professional office environment and hardware workshop settings.
Job Description
Issue Identification & Technical Triage
- Serve as the first point of contact for internal stakeholders regarding hardware and product-related queries.
- Investigate and validate user-reported issues, providing clear recommendations for next steps.
- Escalate critical issues to the Product Operations and Tech teams based on severity, ensuring a smooth handoff for root cause diagnosis.
Hardware & Workshop Management
- Liaise with various stakeholders to coordinate hardware installation and pre-delivery inspections
- Liaise directly with product workshops to resolve operational bottlenecks and hardware malfunctions.
- Maintain a single hardware inventory source-of-truth, while coordinating replacements and repairs.
- Conduct workshop training and audits, on hardware floating stock and installation process, to ensure ops continuity and compliance.
- Log and track fault trends and recurring defects to maintain overall product health.
Tech Testing & Vendor Support
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for new product features and hardware rollouts to ensure high-quality launches.
- Direct and track validated issues reported to internal tech teams and third-party hardware vendors.
- Translate operational field insights into actionable feedback for the product roadmap.
