We are looking for a highly organized and results-driven Operations Manager to oversee daily business operations, improve internal processes, and support company growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operational activities across departments
- Develop and implement efficient operational systems and workflows
- Coordinate with sales, marketing, customer service, and logistics teams
- Monitor inventory, supplier relationships, and product fulfillment
- Ensure excellent customer experience and service standards
- Track operational KPIs and prepare performance reports
- Assist with budgeting, planning, and resource allocation
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations
- Lead and motivate operational staff to achieve business goals
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost optimization
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in operations management or a similar leadership role
- 3+ years of experience in beauty, wellness, cosmetics, or healthcare industries
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and operational software tools

- Ability to handle confidential business information professionally
- Experience managing teams and scaling operations
