Key Responsibilities
- Operate and set up MRF polishing machines for precision optical manufacturing.
- Perform loading, unloading, centering, and polishing of optical components.
- Conduct 2D and 3D measurements using metrology equipment such as Talysurf, Luphoscan, and ASI.
- Perform surface quality inspections and in-process checks.
- Carry out basic machine maintenance, preventive maintenance, and housekeeping.
- Support optics processing activities including lacquering, cementing, de-cementing, and cleaning.
- Maintain workplace safety and 5S standards.
Requirements
- ITE/Diploma in Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing Engineering, or related disciplines.
- Basic knowledge of CNC or precision manufacturing processes preferred.
