Sales Associate

Location: i12 Katong
Products: Children's toys, Collectable figurines, Blindbox, Schoolbags.

• Customer Service: Welcome customers, assess their needs, and provide personalized product recommendations.
• Sales Generation: Promote products, introduce loyalty programs, and cross-sell items to achieve or exceed store sales targets.
• Store Operations: Process payments and returns using Point of Sale (POS) systems, manage cash registers, and balance drawers.
• Inventory Management: Receive deliveries, restock shelves, update pricing, and perform regular stock checks.
• Visual Merchandising: Maintain the cleanliness and visual appeal of the sales floor and display areas.
• Conflict Resolution: Handle customer complaints and provide solutions in a professional and timely manner.
