Job Responsibilities:
- Supervise cleaning crew and ensure smooth daily operations at client premises
- Maintain records of cleaning equipment, supplies, and inventory levels
- Liaise with clients to ensure service satisfaction and resolve issues
- Monitor and inspect cleaning standards and work quality
- Plan and follow up on periodic schedules and client-specific requests
- Assign daily tasks and ad-hoc duties to cleaning staff
- Manage staff attendance and deployment scheduling
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the cleaning industry
- Strong knowledge of cleaning chemicals and machinery
- Capable of planning staff deployment and periodic cleaning tasks
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Good communication skills
- Positive working attitude and willingness to commit to 6-day work week
