Sales and Marketing Manager

Heleflo Products is seeking an experienced Sales & Marketing Manager to drive our sales strategy, grow key accounts, and take ownership of our marketing channels. This role owns revenue targets and leads tender strategy end-to-end, with a strong focus on high-value client relationships and market expansion. Ideal for someone who thrives on ownership and wants to shape how we go to market.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and drive the overall sales strategy and revenue targets across new and existing business
- Lead pricing and quotation strategy, and coach the team on deal negotiation and closing
- Develop and manage key client relationships at a strategic, long-term partnership level
- Oversee CRM data integrity and sales reporting to inform business decisions
- Set service standards and resolve escalated client issues
- Lead tender strategy and bid submissions end-to-end — from opportunity assessment to compliance sign-off and final submission
- Identify and open new market segments and business opportunities beyond routine client engagement
- Own e-commerce platform performance, including strategy, promotions, and sales conversion
- Set direction for social media and brand strategy, ensuring alignment with overall business goals
- Report on sales performance and market trends to management
Requirements
- 5+ years of sales/marketing experience, ideally in a strategic or account ownership capacity
- Experience in adhesives or industrial distribution strongly preferred
- Proven track record of managing tenders and closing high-value deals
- Strong negotiation, strategic thinking, and stakeholder management skills
- Comfortable owning targets and reporting to senior management
