Responsibilities:
- Engage with walk-in customers to showcase and advocate for our jewelry products and services.
- Provide attentive customer service to meet and exceed service delivery standards, ensuring overall customer satisfaction.
- Demonstrate self-motivation and determination to reach monthly sales goals.
- Maintain consistently well-presented merchandise, displays, and outlet appearance.
Requirements:
- Possess a GCE 'O' Level or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in customer service and customer handling.
- Prior experience in the retail industry will be an added advantage.
- Pleasant and cheerful personality with good interpersonal skills.
- Able to commit to rotating shifts, including PHs and weekends.
