About the Role

AffluentSoftware Innovations Pte Ltd is looking for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors LMS Consultant with 5–6 years of relevant experience to join our SAP SuccessFactors practice in Singapore. The candidate should have strong hands-on experience in SAP SuccessFactors Learning (LMS) implementation projects , with the ability to manage functional activities across requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, data migration, deployment, and post-go-live support.

The role requires close collaboration with HR, Learning & Development teams, business stakeholders, project managers, and technical/integration teams.

KeyResponsibilities

· Participate in and independently manage activities across end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors LMS implementations .

· Conduct workshops with HR, Learning & Development, and business stakeholders to understand learning requirements.

· Analyze existing learning processes and map them to SuccessFactors Learning capabilities.

· Prepare Business Requirements Documents, Functional Specifications, Solution Designs, Configuration Documents, and Test Scripts .

· ConfigureSAP SuccessFactors LMS according to business requirements and SAP best practices.

· Configure automated learning assignments based on employee attributes, organizational structures, job roles, and other business criteria.

· Manage user learning records, completion status, learning history, certifications, and compliance requirements.

· Support training administration and compliance learning processes.

· Configureand manage LMS notifications and automated communications.

· Support integration of LMS with Employee Central and other SuccessFactors modules.

· Work with technical teams on LMS integrations and interfaces.

· Participate in SIT, UAT, regression testing, defect resolution, cutover, go-live, and hypercare .

· Support LMS data migration, including users, learning history, courses, curricula, certifications, and other relevant learning data.

· Prepare migration templates, validate data, perform reconciliation, and resolvedata-quality issues.

· Analyze and resolve functional issues raised during implementation and production support.

· Support SuccessFactors quarterly releases and assess the impact of new functionality oon existingLMS configurations.

Prepare training materials, user guides, configuration documents, andknowledge-transfer materials.

· Conduct demonstrations and training sessions for administrators and business users.

· Providepost-go-live support and continuous improvement recommendations.

MandatorySkills

· 5–6 years of SAP SuccessFactors experience , with strong specialization in SAP SuccessFactors Learning (LMS) .

· Proven experience in at least one end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors LMS implementation .

· Stronghands-on experience in LMS configuration and administration.

· Good understanding of Learning Management processes and Learning & Development operations. Strong experience with:

Integration& Technical Exposure

Candidates should have functional knowledge of integrations between SuccessFactors Learning and other enterprise systems, including:

· SuccessFactors Employee Central

· SAP SuccessFactors Platform

· SAP Integration Center

· SAP CPI/ SAP Integration Suite

· OData/ REST-based integrations

· SAPHCM / SAP S/4HANA

· Third-partylearning and HR applications

· Identity and user-provisioning systems

Experience working with technical teams on integration requirements, mapping, testing, and troubleshooting will be an advantage.

Reporting& Analytics

Experience with LMS reporting and learning analytics is preferred, including:

Implementation Experience – Must Have

Candidates with experience independently handling LMS configuration and client-facingimplementation activities will be preferred.

· Experience with Learning Management reporting and analytics.

· SAP HCM experience.

We are looking for a hands-on SAP SuccessFactors LMS Consultant with strong functional expertise and proven end-to-end implementation experience .

The ideal candidate should be capable of independently managing LMS activities from requirements gathering and solution design through configuration, testing, deployment, go-live, and post-go-live support , while working effectively with HR/L&D stakeholders, clients, project teams, and technical integration teams.
