Responsibilities
- Provide end to end support for company's recruitment needs, including managing candidates and onboarding
- Prepare and maintain employment records for hiring, termination, leaves, transfers, etc.
- Assist in administration and reporting related to employee self-service system, including leave, transfers, and mobile attendance
- Take on ad-hoc HR projects of various objectives relating to the recruitment and operations of the company
Requirements
- Minimum Education: Diploma or equivalent
- Meticulous with positive work attitude
- Good spoken and written communication skills
- Able to think critically
- Able to commit to a 3 day work week (2 half-days + 1 full-day)
- Able to start from June 2026
