Job Summary
You will manage the operation, maintenance, installation, and troubleshooting of AMHS equipment at customer sites, ensuring timely response to service requests and effective communication with internal teams to resolve onsite issues.
Responsibilities
- Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot AMHS-related equipment daily at customer sites to ensure optimal performance
- Install, commission, and conduct functional testing of equipment at customer locations as required
- Write clear and detailed equipment manuals and related technical documentation to support users and maintenance teams
- Respond promptly to customer service requests to resolve issues efficiently and maintain customer satisfaction
- Communicate effectively with relevant departments to report and address onsite problems in a timely manner
- Adapt to shift work schedules and business travel requirements, including training at the company headquarters in PingHu, JiaXing
- Comply with onsite safety protocols, including wearing dust-free clothing when resident at customer sites in Singapore or Malaysia
Required competencies and certifications
- Hold a valid electrician certificate to ensure safe and compliant electrical work on equipment
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Knowledge of AMHS systems and experience in after-sales service for automation, semiconductor, or LCD equipment
- Ability to independently debug and troubleshoot equipment issues to minimize downtime
- Experience with PLC programming and operation to support equipment control and automation
- College degree or higher in communication, electromechanical, or automation fields
- Proficiency in office software to document and communicate technical information effectively
- Strong communication skills to interact with customers and internal teams clearly and professionally
- Problem-solving and problem-summary skills to analyze issues and provide flexible responses to customer inquiries
- Service-oriented mindset and teamwork spirit to collaborate and follow supervisory work arrangements
