1. TO ASSIST PROJECT MANAGER IN OVERALL PLANNING, MONITORING & ORGANIZING ON THE PROJECT.
2. TO PLAN DAY TO DAY WORK PROGRAMME & OVERSEE OF THE PROJECT PROGRESS.
3. DAILY SITE ARRANGEMENT FOR MANPOWER & MACHINERIES.
4. TO LIAISE WITH SUBCONTRACTORS & ENSURE TIMELY COMPLETION OF ALL WORKS ACCORDING TO QUALITY SPECIFICATION & WORK SCHEDULE.
5. TO EVALUATE & RESOLVE ANY DISCREPANCIES & PROBLEMS ARISING AT SITE (TECHNICAL MATTERS).
6. TO MANAGE, SUPERVISE & COORDINATE SITE WORKS & WORKERS.
7. TO SUPERVISE & ENSURE QUALITY OF WORKS ACHIEVED & TO COMPLY WITH SAFETY & ENVIRONMENTAL REGULATIONS.
8. TO ENSURE WORKERS COMPLY WITH THE COVID-19 REGULATION
9. WILLINGLY TO HELP OUT IF SHORT OF MANPOWER
