FINANCE ASSISTANT (LOAN PROCESSING)
Responsibilities
- Process loan applications and ensure all required documents are complete and accurate.
- Perform customer verification, credit checks and other relevant assessments.
- Prepare loan agreements and supporting documentation.
- Follow up with customers and dealers on outstanding documents and application status.
- Liaise with customers, dealers and relevant external parties.
- Maintain proper records and filing of all loan-related documents.
- Monitor loan disbursements, repayments and outstanding matters.
- Respond promptly to enquiries received via email and telephone.
- Prepare monthly reports and other management reports as required.
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to the department.
- Handle confidential customer and financial information professionally.
- Perform other ad hoc administrative duties as assigned.
- Minimum GCE “O” Level, Diploma or equivalent.
- Relevant experience in loan processing or credit administration is preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Meticulous, organised and detail-oriented.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to multitask, prioritise work and meet deadlines.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
