• Working hour: 8.30am – 5.30pm (Monday - Friday)

Job Scope:
- Co-ordinate all shipment operations withoverseas offices and local contractors.
- To keep customers and all parties promptlyinformed on shipment progress (collection, shipping date, arrival date, etc.)
- Handling and processing of all shippingdocumentation.
- Customs declarations.
- Data entry of shipment details, invoices, etc.into the in-house operations system.
- Other related operational duties as required.
- Report to Operations Manager.
Requirement:
- Diploma in Logistics & Supply Chain Management or equivalent.
- 3 - 5 years of relevant working experience in similar position
- Possess Sysfreight knowledge is an added advantage
