Job Highlights
- 12-Hours Rotating Shift from 7AM/PM - 7PM/AM
- Up to $5,000/month + AWS + PB
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure a smooth operation of facility systems and utilities to support manufacturing and office operations.
- Plan and implement preventive and corrective maintenance programs.
- Investigate equipment breakdowns and identify root causes using problem-solving tools (e.g. 5 Why, Fault Tree Analysis).
- Monitor equipment performance and recommend improvements to enhance reliability and efficiency.
- Coordinate maintenance schedules, manpower, and contractor activities.
- Support facility construction, renovation, and improvement projects.
- Assist in budget planning, cost control, and equipment replacement planning.
- Drive energy-saving and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Support Smart Factory and Digital Transformation projects.
- Prepare technical reports, documentation, and project presentations.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, audits, licenses, and statutory requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electromechanical Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Good understanding of facilities maintenance, utilities, or manufacturing environments.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of boiler operations and/or fire safety will be an added advantage
