Our client is from Oil and Gas industry, a local leading player. They are looking for a Logistic Specialist for the next phase of their business. They are located in West, company transport provided
Working Hours: 7:30 AM to 4:30 PMDuties:
- Coordinate domestic and international shipments in compliance with local and international regulations.
- Prepare merge lists for consolidated and courier shipments.
- Monitor the movement of goods and ensure timely delivery.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders, freight forwarders, and courier service providers.
- Prepare and maintain shipping documentation while ensuring compliance with company procedures.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or a related discipline.
- Experience in logistics, shipping, freight forwarding, or supply chain operations is preferred.
- Familiarity with import/export processes and shipping documentation is an advantage.
- Detail-oriented with strong coordination and communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
