Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise site supervision teams (including RTOs) for daily construction activities.
- Ensure that works are executed in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and authority standards.
- Review and coordinate design, shop drawings, and contractors’ submissions.
- Monitor progress, workmanship, and quality control on site.
- Identify and resolve technical and site issues promptly.
- Ensure all works comply with workplace safety and environmental requirements.
- Liaise with consultants, contractors, and relevant authorities.
- Prepare and review site reports, documentation, and progress updates.
Requirements:
- Degree in Civil / Structural Engineering from a recognized institution.
- Registered as a Resident Engineer (RE)with the IES Singapore .
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in infrastructure, viaduct, or tunnel construction projects (preferably LTA projects).
- Strong knowledge of civil and structural works, local codes, and authority procedures.
- Excellent leadership, coordination, and communication skills.
- Able to work independently and manage a team of RTOs effectively.
